Fostering positive relationships with attorneys and brokers to ensure effective communication on closing procedures. Supervise closing personnel, assign clerical functions, and manage talent development, displaying high level of autonomy. Manage in-coming wire and outgoing wires, closing documents, and disbursements. Report directly to Branch Manager and Regional President. Key Accomplishments:· Prepare, maintain, and process wires for an average amount totaling $8.5 million in weekly. · Create and distribute closing statements (HUD’s/ALTA settlement statements) for more than 45 closings to banks, attorneys, and brokers weekly· Implemented restructuring of the closing preparation process to increase productivity due to the higher demand of business· Closed several real estate transactions (purchase/refinances) a week totaling around 350 in the 2018 calendar year and approximately 250 by the end of the third quarter
