Responsible for keeping the attorney's schedule up to date and complete miscellaneous tasks necessary to keeping the firm running at an optimal capability.

Attempted to repair defected returned merchandise for re-sale. If merchandise could not be repaired I was responsible for shipping it back to the vendor for store credit. Was also responsible for shipping out Online orders through UPS as well as receiving daily UPS shipments. Also did all standard receiving duties as well as other miscellaneous duties regarding store operations.

Sold big ticket items to members, making sure they purchased everything they were looking for. Was also responsible for making sure they bought our company Warranty services, as well as signing up for our store credit cards and enrolling them into our rewards program to ensure members they were getting a complete purchasing experience.
