Project Manager
CurrentProject Manager delivering single and multidisciplinary design consultancy project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, to adopted OHS&R standards and to the satisfaction of the client. In the role I provide supervision, guidance and feedback to professional, technical and support staff and fully brief team members on project requirements, priorities, deliverables and target dates so these objectives can be achieved. Responsible include;• Implementation of recognised project management systems.• Preparation and submission of high quality tender and contract documentation. • Effective management of sub consultants, subcontractors and staff across several operating centres. • Provide leadership and overview the quality of project outcomes. • Commercial management and reporting using internal systems. • Regular reporting on projects to the client and Group Manager. • Compliance with policies and procedures. • Be responsible for the delivery of projects to the client’s expectations. • Work with other staff to get the job done and gain mutual satisfaction.
