Brendan is a project management professional and design systems engineer with 15 years' experience and an extensive technical background in the Defence industry, as well as a strong business acumen coupled with an enthusiastic approach to leadership. Most recently Brendan has undertaken the role of Project Manager within the Department of Defence’s Joint Strike Fighter Branch, to drive the delivery of the deeper maintenance capability and infrastructure for Australia's acquisition of the Lockheed Martin F-35A. Previous experience has been as a Systems Engineer and Project Lead with Raytheon Australia and Boeing Defence Australia in Air Traffic Management systems, airborne surveillance, communications and battle management. Brendan was also an electronics technician with the Australian Defence Force where he was involved in project implementation teams both in Australia and overseas.
