Beef Business: consisted of two farms, a ranch, a feedlot (holding capacity of 4000 head), an abattoir (slaughter capacity of approx 2500/head/month) and 9 national retail outlets. The aim for the business was to utlize the by-product from the milling operations to run a breeding herd and provide a feed source to the feedlot.Maize Milling Business: focused on the production of maize meal with the capacity to produce 18 tonnes of finished product/hour, across two locations and distributed nationally.

Provided services to the oil and gas as well as geothermal drilling and exploration sectors in East Africa. this included civil construction, camp construction, facilities management and security.My Role was to evaluate the Civil Construction departments operations and ensure the department met the project timeline, budget and adhered to the rigorous Health and Safety requirementsI was the liaison between the clients and the company as well as responsible for government liaison and new business development.
