I am a Software Engineer dedicated to building software that has a positive impact on society. I have always learned through doing and enjoy finding solutions to problems big and small.Leaving school I wanted to start a career working in design and development but found myself working in business and logistics! I learned to manage teams, overcome challenges, take criticism and deliver meaningful feedback.I then moved from logistics into a communications role with the NSW Police, from this career I learned patience, communication, team work, resilience, perseverance, fatigue management and the ability to think and work with clarity in high stress situations.Now I work as a software engineer for CBA and I am going back to where my original interests fall. The skills I have gained over my career will make me an asset as not only as a software engineer but as a hard working, outcomes oriented team player.I am currently a co-founder of an Indigenous tech company based in Sydney and learning the tech business trade.
