I am a self-motivated individual who works well on my own initiative as well as part of a team. I have excellent communication skills and vast experience of sales and customer service. My strengths from a sales perspective are my abilities to discover , analyse, and meet customer needs through customer focused conversation. I use questioning and investigation skills to open up cross selling and up selling opportunities with both new and existing customers, I have found these skills have helped me achieve monthly sales targets consistently. My belief is that through planning and using all information gathered from conversation and questioning I have been able to both achieve my own targets as well as making sure that my customer is satisfied with the sale thus leadining to a higher probability of the sale closing.
