• Identify and develop new business and revenue opportunities. • Develop strategic proposals for key accounts and or new growth areas for both International and Irish markets.• Oversee operations of the sales team to include sales programs, sponsorship and promotional opportunities, database development, effective forecasting, weekly one/one feedback meetings, and customer dispute resolution. • Create monthly and annual sales goals for sales team. Goals are comprised of the following components: Revenue Activity, Sponsor Revenue and growth areas for national sales campaigns.• Accompany sales team members on company visits as needed. Attend trade shows and other industry events both domestically and internationally to develop new business or customers
