The Tiger Team identified and presented five strategic long-term goals and objectives of US foreign policy, and the structures required to deliver effectively and efficiently roughly $50 billion of annual assistance in support of development, humanitarian, and national security objectives for 2040 and beyond to the Transformation Task Team Executive Steering Committee, then-USAID Administrator Mark Green, and then-Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson.• Served as the Bureau’s Senior Obligation Alignment Review Liaison to establish Bureau procedures, draft and edit technical program designs, negotiate to obtain multiple and sometimes conflicting clearances.
