Within 24 hours of beta release, 1group acquired 100,000 properties from over 35,000 brokers across India. In October, ii5 closed its Pre-series A financing and announced that over 6m USD had been raised prior to launch;as of January 2016, ii5 has closed over 11m in funding and is India's largest broker community.

Launched in February 2010, Okay.com introduced a proprietary collaborative data sharing ecosystem for property brokers in Asia Pacific. In January 2011, Okay.com merged with Asia Pacific Properties (APP). APP is an advocate of quality service principles throughout its 26-year history of premium real estate and corporate relocation services in Hong Kong and the Greater China region.

Accounts.net was the first website in the world to purely focus on the commerce of in-game MMORPG avatars. We built an automated valuation and pricing system that was able to prescribe worth to millions of different in-game states. Within 3 months, we had acquired 75% market share and exceeded 1m USD/month in sales.

At the age of 15, Brendan identified a business opportunity in the multi-player online gaming industry and started selling virtual assets on a website he developed. In 2005, Internet Gaming Entertainment (IGE), acquired the operation and Brendan relocated to Hong Kong to head the operation within the larger organization.
