Headed the newly implemented risk analysis project called FMECA (Failure Mode, Effect and Criticality Analysis). This involved organising risk analysis meetings, chairing the meetings and keeping them on track. It also included revising the given agenda into a more suitable and practical one, and also revising the given route of risk analysis into a more practical one with more implementable solutions.
