As the Senior Furniture Sales Executive for Zircon Interiors/Topaz Furniture, my role is to assist clients in the supply and coordination of furniture for existing and prospective projects nationally.

As the Project Specialist for the furniture category for 'COS (Complete Office Supplies) I specialised in larger office fitout projects in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. I worked closely with government departments, large companies and SME clients across these states.

As the Sales State Manager for Stem Intelligent Seating, my primary focus was to gain new business and expand the relationships with existing major clients for the business. I visited clients on a daily basis through ways of cold calling, calling upon existing clients and responding to specific product requirements. I was responsible for responding to tender and quote requests and providing solutions to suit businesses needs. Some of the major accounts I managed included, Victoria Police, RMIT University, Parliament of Victoria and various local councils.I worked closely with many builders, architects, designers and our own dealer network on various projects around Victoria to offer our products

As Account Manager, it was my responsibility to manage a whole commercial office fit out process. This included going out on site, measuring, designing and quoting potential business. I then continued the process thereafter including ordering, manufacturing and making sure installation was completed on time and in a professional manner. I maintained and managed existing clients and acquired new business by ways of cold calling. In addition to this, I also managed a branch in Melbourne City and performed all necessary tasks to ensure my store is profitable. Some of my major clients include the Austin Hospital, Department of Defence and Buildcorp Constructions.

My position at The Good Guys was to manage the administrations department. I held significant responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of cash, stock and credit records. I contributed to the decision making of the store management team and promote the store procedures in the operation of the business.

My position at Strathfield Car Radios was to manage the store to continually meet the needs of customers and maximise Strathfield’s profitability. I was responsible for the achievement of store objectives; KPI’s and ensuring standards and policies were understood and complied with.

My experience working at Kmart gave me the ability to understand how the Retail industry works. I learned how to approach customers, and deal with their conflicts. The importance of merchandising stock and learning good customer service were major factors that have helped me get to where I am today.
