I grow businesses & build brands through insights-lead marketing and digital media.I am currently positioned as the Operations & Performance Director at tmwi, where I am responsible for the performance and delivery of client campaigns across media.As part of my role, I oversee data-driven media campaigns for clients, and manage the insights and optimisations of digital channels and wider media strategy. I work across planning, strategy, and delivery, and directly manage the centralised Analytics & Insights department within the business, where insights are used to directly influence planning and optimisation decisions. My role also incorporates project management and operational management, where I manage client budgeting & profitability (including P&L, projections and FTE), maximising results for the agency and clients, delivering efficiencies in ways of working, and maintaining quality of output. This involves the development and implementation of guidelines, policies, processes, auditing, templates and tools, as well as closely managing projects and resource, and supporting the management of teams & workflows to achieve business objectives.With a knowledge of media, technology, and digital activation, I am hands-on and agile when it comes to strategy, planning and building campaigns. Using this knowledge, with the management of the Insights team, I build reporting, develop actionable insights and implement optimisations and testing for clients. Using data, I work with the team to develop strategies, media plans, and optimisations that deliver results.I have worked with various Retail & Ecommerce, Leisure and Lead-Generation businesses, from SMEs, to household brand names and FMCGs, to deliver proven ROI and grow brands.More recently, I have also been involved in managing various projects across automation, attribution, AI, and media mix modelling.I’m currently holding a senior position on the senior leadership team with tmwi, reporting directly into the MD. With over a decade of experience, and having started at tmwi as the first digital team member, I have progressed and evolved to help drive year-on-year growth for the business.
