Duties & role focus Events and Campaigns Assist with internal campaigns (such as Community beach cleanup’s) and customer events (such as Golf Days, corporate events) including prepping campaign briefs, media communications (such as Posters) working with the Design Department Trade Exhibits • Manage registration, attendance and admin Co-ordinate samples and logistics with exhibition organizers Support and Attend Sales Team at major shows Project delivery on deadline and within budget Corporate Gifts Co-ordinate stock management and distribution all branded gifts e.g. calendars, year-end gifts, promotional trade exhibitgifts, sporting event branded clothes Source gifts for branding - in line with new product launches Manage the marketing supplies such as branded stationary and sales material Trade Media Coverage Generating and tracking press coverage Manage trade magazine subscriptions Intranet System Keeping the content contemporary and relevant on a regular basis (in line with pre-agreed marketing plan) Preparing, collating and uploading content via our content management system (SharePoint) Direct any website queries to relevant internal person General Co-ordinate samples of marketing material/ special projects Other Duties / projects
