With over 40 years of history, Bartlett Sails is a leading provider of sails and custom canvas in Central Texas. During my time there, I led the expansion of the industrial division, focusing on sales and operations. This role required adapting our specialized skills to new markets, which enhanced my problem-solving abilities and adaptability.My vision and leadership birthed a spin-off venture - Tempjacket.

At the company that defined the Expert Network industry, I began as a international Summer Intern in New Delhi, India, and was then invited to be one of the first 20 employees in Austin. There I pioneered the successful delivery of client services from Texas, changing the role for the entire office, which would later become the largest by headcount globally. In my more tenured years, I was a Vice President in the Tech, Media & Telecom group where I led a team of highly skilled young professionals collectively responsible for $20 million in annual revenue.I substantially grew my adaptability, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities in this role.
