Brenda has been a REALTOR for over 24 years. She is the Principal Broker/Owner of Ridgeline Realty in Roy, Utah. She is very serious about her responsibility to her clients in dealing with one oftheir most important assets. One thing you can count on is that she will always tell you the truth about the market whether it is what you want to hear or not. She knows you must know the truth to make a good decision. Brenda loves working with buyers and sellers, they are the most important aspect of her business. Many of her customers come back again and again and refer family and friends because of her knowledge and friendly approach. She was the Women’s Council of Realtors Northern Wasatch Network President in 2013. She then became WCR Utah State President in 2016, &; the WCR State Governor in 2017. Brenda has also served on her local real estate board, Northern WasatchAssociation of Realtors as the 2018 President. She then served as the 2020 Leadership Academy Dean for the Utah Association of Realtors. She is currently serving on the 2021 Utah Association of REALTORS Professional Standards Committee and the 2022 Realtor Political Action Committee Chair. She was most recently selected to serve on the National Association of Realtors 2022 Leading Edge Advisory Board.She has received several designations during her time as a REALTOR. She was most recently selected as the 2021 REALTOR of the YEAR from the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors.To top everything of, she is also a pre-licensed real estate instructor and teaches real estate classes and CE at the Ogden-Weber Tech College in Ogden, Utah. Staying active in her community, she is currently serving on the Harrisville City Planning Commission.
