Contributed expertise in React-Redux SPA application architecture as a key contributor on a front-end team undertaking the rapid development of a customer-facing insurance sales product. Worked to meet design and business requirements in developing a complex, dynamic mixed chart component with React and d3.js to visualize product recommendations.Built out a logging service for front end logs via AWS CloudWatch integration.Implemented sitewide analytics approach and integrated with Adobe Launch platform.

Coordinated daily with internal dispatch office as well as clients around the New York City area to facilitate materials testing and special inspections, manage supply of testing equipment and maintain inventory, servicing projects ranging from townhouse renovations to billion-dollar high-rise and infrastructure projects. As shop steward, advised labor force on contract issues, served as point of contact for union officials, mediated disputes between labor and management, served as one of 3 labor delegates negotiating industry-wide collective bargaining agreement which eliminated redundant "apprentice" designation expanding full health-care benefits to an additional 30%+ of labor force and boosted minimum starting wages by nearly 50%.
