I have worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 23 years as an advocate and consultant for corporations with their real estate needs. My focus is helping companies with complex needs find the right real estate solution for their business.We typically represent corporations with lease renewals, relocations, build-to-suits, lease restructures and disposition of corporate property. We also provide consulting services such as workplace strategy services, project management services (Moves, Adds, Changes) and lease administration services. We are unique in that we only represent tenant/users of office & industrial space, so we are not conflicted in our approach in representing our clients.I have represented companies such as Xcel Energy, Western Union, Zynex Medical, The Shane Company, Vail Resorts, CSG Systems, Kiewit Corporation, Aggregate Industries, AIMCO, Eide Bailly, LLP and Guild Mortgage Company.My personal interests include snowboarding, golf, fly-fishing, hunting, traveling, camping and spending time with my family and friends.I am currently active with the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and am a past board member of the YMCA of Metro Denver. I am also an active supporter and alumni of Mullen High School in Denver.
