This would include overseas deployments to train and mentor personnel from other national military organisations in training doctrine and frameworks. • Resolves impediments by being the point of contact for stakeholders outside of the group, and would act as a filter for relevant short and long term considerations for priority tasks. • Encouraged thinking within the group and autonomy of decision making seeing as the teams would be close to any issues which arise. This was important as the individual teams were at the coal face of all tasks we were asked to deliver. • Would use empirical combat data to give accurate reports back to the officer in charge of the group for planning considerations on sustainability within the field and also feed this information back into the supply chain network in order to anticipate any further need for essential resources. • Time box discipline would also have to be monitored. Failure to deliver due to unforeseen risks encountered would have a knock on effect to other teams who would have dependencies on us delivering on our objectives to time and scope. Show less -
