I am one of the founding members of SGS & Co's research and development lab, formed with the objective of exploring AI and modern technologies to design automation solutions that would support the business.We have delivered a number of products to date, including a scalable client-facing Brand Portal that simplified and streamlined ecommerce content management for F500 customers including Coca-Cola, Pfizer, Del Monte, and Clifbar. We have also focused our efforts internally, optimizing our own systems and replacing legacy third-party software with more integrated custom solutions. This has resulted in not only an improved and unified user experience, but has also realized significant cost savings for the company.
