Previously in life my passion for leadership and personal development had been fulfilled through playing and coaching various sports, but now I have found that same joy in a business setting. I have achieved this with many of the same skills that made me successful in sports: my constant positive attitude, drive to find answers, great communication skills, and a mentality to always assist those around me anyway I can. I measure my success through completion of specific goals I set for myself, how connected I am to my team and the work we accomplish, continuing to learn and grow as a leader and as a person, as well as branching out and networking with my company and different industries. Industry Experience: Insurance Agent Support Operations, agent licensing & appointment processing, commission and bonus payment processing, agent benefit plans & payment processing, auto and home insurance policy knowledge, process improvements, root-cause problem solving, interviewing, customer service, event management, social media, sales, and marketing. Leadership Experience: leading a team of 10 associates including work-from-home, hybrid, contractors, and remote; while supporting 4 supervisors. Prior leadership includes leading a group of 20 workers at a Division 2 college for all sporting events and tournaments, and coaching multiple sports teams throughout central-Ohio school systems and the Franklin County Special Olympics.
