Overview: Develop and lead a global transformation of the FTSE 250 business to drive improved customer experience and reduce the time to market for new business ventures and service lines. Transform the business while keeping the existing revenue streams growing and leading over 300 technology professionals over 3 global engineering hubs (London, Sydney & Vienna)Key Outcomes:- Ownership of the end of end transformation encompassing discovery, strategy, plan and proposals including budget and execution strategy- Reduced the time to market for new services from typically 18 months to 4 months- Reduced the time to market from estimated 5 years for a non-leveraged new investments platform business from 5 years to 15 months for first customers- Define and roll out of a business wide operating model that drastically reduced delivery risks while also uniting the business behind common business goals and objectives- Reduced transformation costs from projected £20m budget (with external consultants) to £5m budget by developing and onboarding my own transformation team from personal professional contacts and specialists in the industry- Enabled the desired technology separation of the business from the risk side of the business. This enabled a pure technology platform business to emerge that can be resold as a service to institutional partners and open up multi-million pound new revenue stream opportunities
