I am currently a fourth-year student at Ivey with experience in B2B sales, entrepreneurship, and team building. I am interested in developing my skills as I start my career to be both a personal and professional leader. In addition to overseeing the traffic and positioning of AdvisoRanx, I co-run the Ivey Cannabis Business Club and develop many entrepreneurial ventures in my spare time.When not working on my ventures, I enjoy playing games involving resource management and strategy. Envisioning, building, and witnessing something come to life against all odds is an incredibly rewarding experience for me. I carry these skills into my professional life. As a business development intern at a startup, I was tasked with translating a limited number of resources into sales leads through cold calls and e-mails virtually and from another province. I've had e-mails left on read and phones hung up on me, and in doing so gained the resilience to continue.I am an ideal member to have on a team and thrive in changing environments. My individualization enables me to see the strengths of those around me while my strategic insights allow me to utilize these strengths. From coaching children's football, to tutoring, to building a founding team, these traits have been with me since a young age. I take into account the feedback given to me by supervisor and peer alike, and use constructive criticism to learn and develop my thinking.Looking forward to working for companies that develop leadership, foster creativity, and reward loyalty.
