I know from experience that everyone is vulnerable when they need Family Law advice. I know that their lawyer can have a huge impact on their lives. Guiding my clients through the rocky road of relationship breakdowns, i work tirelessly but empathetically to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients and their families. My success with my clients' matters has a great deal to do with my approach. I map out a strategy, which, depending on the particular circumstances, might be aggressive or peaceful, or somewhere in between. I work to take the heat out of the situation and those involved, resulting in calmer attitudes going into dispute resolution. Guiding people through separation is a privilege. I am driven by the fact that my extensive skills in Family Law provide me with the ability to improve my clients' circumstances with as little fuss, stress and cost to them as possible. I do all manner of family and relationship law work, including asset protection (including pre nuptial Financial Agreements), property disputes, parenting matters, child relocation cases, child support, intervention orders and so on. I have completed a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law). I have authored articles published in the Law Institute Journal, and have provided comments on family law issues to The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, Brisbane Times, Australian Financial Review, 3AW, Money Magazine and other media. I receive referrals upon recommendations from accountants, former clients, other lawyers and through a wide personal network, as they are confident in my abilities to achieve the best possible result.
