Drove development of product at Simple Defi, starting from sketching out possible value propositions between Simple and customers to overseeing development of our final design: a web extension that delivers on-site tutorials for Defi and Web3.

Responsibilities included maintaining and managing relationships with household brands (e.g. NASCAR team RCR) while tailoring Hurdl’s services to their needs on a weekly basis.Also included assisting in converting prospective clients (Garth Brooks, Harley-Davidson, USAA) to sales and using Hubspot to keep track of their progress along our sales pipeline.Additionally owned development of Hurdl’s client services workflows, codifying client success in twelve steps while tracking team progress in Trello to ensure goals were met on time and above our standards. Gained proficiency in key tools like Google Sheets and Google Data Studios while reporting on Hurdl’s activation data, and shared insights from the data with both clients and our team.

At OTD I lead personal and professional projects for the founder, and eventually transitioned into the role of Client Relations Associate at OTD's portfolio company Hurdl.

Worked with the two business owners to develop a novel marketing plan based on the company's strengths and weaknesses, including developing the specifics of selling books through a subscription business model.

Duties included designing a custom tour, "Cultural Symbols and Abstract Thought", and delivering tours daily for groups of up to 30 guests. The tour had to be accessible for groups of all ages, which forced hard questions like, how can we make the human ability to think in metaphor an interesting subject for both children and adults?

Volunteered multiple days a week over a span of four years, learning the ins and outs of being an informal educator in a public education institution. Also assisted in routine care for the animals in the Education department, and was certified to handle over 20 different species of animals. Also assisted in necropsies and other veterinary procedures, and managed the daily schedules of up to 5 other Junior Docents at a time.
