This effort included the management of ~400 requirements, development and completion of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with Navy stakeholders, and creation of an OBT User Manual that allowed the Navy to use the OBT hardware and software without L3Harris support.• Applied Agile Project Management methods to the C4N automated testing effort to efficiently manage tasking, track workflow and progress, and promote collaboration between the engineers. • Investigated the C4N software for Discrepancy Reports (DRs) that were reported to L3Harris by the Navy. This effort involved determining the root cause of the issue, discussing the DR with the SSC software team, developing the test procedure for the updated software, and performing the test with Quality Assurance. • Generated numerous Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for different SSC bid packages. This effort also included putting together Engineering Cost Review (ECR) Presentations for the L3Harris functional and upper-level managers to review and approve the cost and hour estimations. • Assisted in the generation of a white paper for the navy’s future DDG(X) or Next-Generation Guided-Missile Destroyer program that investigated potential propulsion methods. The effort compared wound-field synchronous, induction, high-temperature superconducting, and permanent magnet machines. • Supported ramping up the Systems Engineering effort for the development of the Navy’s new Constellation-class Frigate (FFG-62). This included parsing the Purchase Technical Specification (PTS) from the shipbuilder and the Navy into requirements. • Led high-level requirement development and review for the FFG-62 Machinery Centralized Control System (MCCS).• Created the HMI Design Guide for the FFG-62 project in compliance with MIL-STD-1472, ASTM F1166, and the Navy Common Presentation Layers 2006-2007.
