Since starting with UnitedHealth Group, I have been able to work on two separate projects in two different roles within my respective Scrum teams.As a Scrum Master, I am responsible for taking on the agile leadership and agile coaching role, for two different teams, which ultimately helps to make Scrum development possible. As the Lead Business Analyst with Novi IT, I was responsible for collaborating with a number of clients, under multiple domains, with the goal of creating fully functioning BPM applications; specifically using the technology known as Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). As a Lead Business Analyst my responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the following:1.
