Responsible to shape and execute upon Dynamic's operational strategy, drive efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of performance across operational functions.

I accelerated transformational change through embedded advisory to c-level executives. I improved business performance and leadership capabilities through process implementation and leader development across diverse industries to include finance and wealth management, mining, and manufacturing. I played a vital role in launching a new consulting practice delivering transformational organizational change, data analytics and leadership development engagements to a wide range of sectors in a new market. This entailed building and training a highly productive advisory services team, exceeding client expectations and driving performance.

This is a Chief of Operations role with enhanced decision authorities. I directed logistics and training of four SEAL Teams and three overseas Naval Special Warfare Units and managed a 250 person staff and a $75M budget. I trained, mentored and advised SEAL executive leaders. I oversaw an innovative family resiliency program to mitigate the effects of multiple combat deployments on SEALs and their families and directed $1M in expenditures for this program annually. Focus areas in this position included organizational development, communications, change management and thought leadership.

I provided leadership, vision and mission execution to 600+ personnel. I delivered positive results in management of multi-million dollar budget administration, cost saving strategies, fiscal management, organizational improvement plans, human resource development, crisis communications, legal compliance and team building. I strengthened organizational culture through active leadership, employee mentoring, development and performance evaluations.

As the principal advisor to the Commander on all operational and strategic matters, I devised and managed all operations, deployments and training. I led 950 personnel in the global movement and employment of $1.2 billion of surface mobility and maritime intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) equipment and generated operational requirements for and fielded four new families of Special Operations Special Boats. I managed a $25M budgets and led the planning and supervised the execution of the movement of strategic surface craft capabilities to the middle east for highly sensitive operations.

This is a Chief of Operations Role with enhanced decision authorities. I directed all logistics, training and operations of a SEAL Team and managed over 250 personnel and a $15M budget. I trained and mentored 20 naval officers and 20 senior enlisted personnel. Led the planning and oversaw the daily operations of a 1,300 person task force conducting sensitive special operations in Iraq.

I trained, mentored and advised 30 Special Operations staffs as they prepared to oversee combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. I analyzed business processes and developed solutions to improve organizational performance and presented solutions to executive leadership.
