Since 2019, I've served as a Claims Adjuster at Crawford and Company, operating within Crawford's Global Technical Services division, where I handle claims across all lines of insurance but specializing on Cyber and Complex Casualty claims. I've also established myself as a leader within Crawford's Canadian Cyber team having successfully navigated hundreds of cyber losses around the globe. With a deep understanding of cyber policy wordings and an expertise in incident response management, I have played a key role acting for insurance carriers and their policyholders to ensure an effective and expedient claims experience, partnering with both internal and external expert resources across various disciplines.

In my role, I oversee the health and wellness of 2500-3000 assembly line employees, fostering strong connections with Assistant Managers, Group Leaders, and Team Members to ensure efficient management of all health-related processes. Collaborating closely with ergonomists and various stakeholders, I analyze assembly line workflows to identify and implement effective solutions, reducing risks to team members. By conducting thorough physical assessments and coordinating with healthcare professionals, I swiftly guide injured team members through the wellness process, facilitating their return to productivity. Additionally, I meticulously document all interactions and utilize software and databases to track data, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

As a dedicated rehabilitation therapist, I developed and executed treatment plans for 35 patients daily, addressing diverse injuries like those from motor vehicle accidents and workplace incidents. My role extended beyond treatment to encompass HR responsibilities, including liaising with insurance adjusters and lawyers, managing billing, scheduling, and handling inquiries, fostering a comprehensive grasp of clinic operations.
