The business provides its clients with best of breed solutions in the payments and voice communications space with expertise in and around contact centres.These solutions are grouped around 4 specific offerings:1. Assessment Tools that allow our clients to assess their level of payment compliance2. Compliance Tools to ensure our clients are PCI DSS compliant when processing payments3. Analytic Tools that provide business insights based on payment and non-payment dataI was brought in as CTO to help transition SecureCo from an early-stage start-up to a maturing scale-up. My role covered product development, engineering (cloud and network), product vision and roadmap development and presales.

Responsible for ASG's 3 core capabilities within our Enterprise Applications & Analytics line of business; (1) SAP; (2) Oracle; (3) Analytics & Performance Management.Responsibilities included:• Full P&L responsibility for the line of business - over $80m in revenue;• Strategy and Go-To-Market;• Vendor Relationships;• Growth & Sustainability.Indirectly managed over 350 employees within Australia and offshore.

Cover 6 diverse consulting practices responsible for over $30m in revenue and over $10m in EBIT.Responsibilities include:• NSW & ACT responsibility for 3 consulting practices; Analytics, Oracle Applications and SAP;• National responsibility for 3 consulting practices; Portfolio & Project Management (e.g. Primavera), SAP B1 (SAP's mid-tier ERP offering) and LMS (remote Application Managed Services for SAP and Oracle applications and infrastructure).Indirectly manage over 130 employees.

Worked for Web-Wide Media which was a joint-venture between OzEmail and News Ltd. The company was acquired by Softbank during my tenure. Web-Wide Media developed and sold an internet advertising solution.I was solely responsible for the analytics functionality within the solution including reporting back to website owners who carried our ads, advertising agencies, sales staff and company management. Pioneered the use of the internet as a platform for delivery of business intelligence reporting.

I commenced this role after moving from full-time to part-time university study.Responsible for system testing and integration testing of transactional applications and data warehouse and reporting solutions. Key platforms were provided by Oracle. Developed ad-hoc reports, SQL queries and UNIX scripts that powered the overnight batch processes.
