This resulted in decreased costs in overall assembly,reliable shipping processes and guaranteed no in field leak failure. -Set up Bulk power testing on radiators and fans for various flow paths. This testing set up the performance requirements for in field N-mode power failure. -Design optimization for pump housing (Solidworks), ease of assembly and low manufacturing costs were the primary driving elements.-Quality testing on all quick connects. During assembly quick connects can alter the pressure within the system and also leak a certain amount of water. My testing quantified these two variables to optimize assembly processes and procedures.-Thermal modeling and analysis on PCB heat ex-changer (ANSYS).-Long term pump failure and degradation testing(Heat ex-changer test rig, picture below).
