As an Apple Master, my responsibilities mainly are to advocate for the Apple ecosystem, showing customers how easy it is to enrich their lives with the Apple line of products. On top of this, I am responsible for training my team on Apple hardware, software, and how they integrate together.

At Kmart my main job concern was making sure that customers were happy and taken care of, however I grew my relationship with my management team over the course of three years to a point where they could count on me to collect drawers at the end of the night, fill in for any department, and finish whatever projects they needed done.

When I worked as a snowboard coach it was my responsibility mainly to make sure that the groups of children (ages 4-12) were safe, but also having fun while learning. This is where my interest in teaching started. At the end of every 3 hour lesson, I wrote out report cards for all my students, and had a chat with their parent about their children's progress, or any incidents we had that day. This job was just as much about the kids as it was about the parents knowing their kids were safe and having fun.
