Founder and lead of the team tasked with the international expansion of YouTube Creator account verification, reputation scoring, controlling ~5 Billion creator's feature access. Responsible for preventing abuse on YouTube by ensuring Identity verified and reputable creators get and retain access to YouTube's most powerful features. Completed in 2022 the global rollout of the Creator Trust & Verification solution to 100+ countries and over 5 billion YouTube channels.

Led the PM internationalisation Google Shopping team, expanding Google Shopping to over 100+ countries and built strategic partnerships both internally and externally to support merchants of all sizes to improve their digital marketing cross border with innovative cloud based translation and international shipping solutions. The role had a strong focus on new business development and international market research.

Based in Zurich with global responsibility, I led Google's account abuse product team, with the mission of protecting Google and the web against bulk created spammy accounts. Developed several new innovative Identity verification products for Google to enable user's unlock the value of their online identities in their daily lives. Including new entrepreneurial face verification Identity product development, exercising my cross functional leadership skills, to create to solutions from scratch to landing bring the power of Google Research to online abuse fighting.

Led Google's Internationalisation R&D product team in Zurich responsible for a suite of internationalisation products and the growth of the PM team including the streamlining of the scope of the i18n team, reorganising the teams portfolio of projects and negotiating with cross functional teams across Google to take on additional responsibilities. Top achievement created Google's growth opportunity product Market Finder. To help content creators, app developers and advertisers identify their top growth markets and opportunities to expand into. Resulting in $250 million per year revenue incremental growth on cross border revenues.

At Visa I was the VP of Product Management building V.me Visa's new way to pay online: https://uk.v.me/. Responsible for leading Business Analysis, Analytics and the Product Management teams that drove the creation/evolution of the product proposition and the go to market strategy, launch plan and ecosystem partner negotiations for Visa’s V.me “online wallet solution”. Grew the product team and launched the V.me product in the UK to consumers in November 2013 available on over 35,000 retailer sites.

Appointed the CEO of Google Payment Ltd registered in the UK, an FSA regulated board position responsible for all Google Payment activities in the EEA, including Google Play, Google Checkout, Google Enterprise and Google’s other online paid for products. Oversaw the migration of the Google Checkout service from the UK market, the launch of Google Play gift cards across Europe and laid the partner and regulatory foundations for the launch of Google Wallet.

Product Manager for the internationalisation of the Google Wallet, focusing on the UK and EMEA. Built and managed the Program Management function to launch and promote Google Wallet internationally both internally with Google stakeholders and externally with eco-systems partners. Defined the product roadmap; country prioritisation; go to market strategy. Drove the legal, regulatory and compliance discussions; anti money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements. Built the project’s business relationships and partnerships for international expansion of the Wallet covering: Retailers, Loyalty Schemes, IDV providers, Payment Schemes, bank card issuers, etc

Developed Vodafone NZ's Content Acquisition and Delivery system for Vodafone Live. Designed and led the development.

Macalla Software was a leading European provider of mobile e-commerce solutions to financial organisations and telecommunication operators such as Postbank/Telfort, Vodafone and Charles Schwab. Led the engineering team to deliver the largest mobile e-commerce project of 2001 in Europe for Postbank/Telfort in the Netherlands reaching 450,000 Postbank customers.
