Expanded on their limited existing branding to introduce color variants, a more polished use of typography, motion graphics, and sharper more sophisticated designs. Animated courseware videos for a leading enterprise digital skills development platform. Worked remotely with teams in San Francisco, CA and Vancouver, WA. Made the artwork come to life by adding realistic and/or entertaining cartoony movement and subtle patterns with near-constant motion on screen which both retained and entertained the engaged viewers. Often received kudos from the Art Director and SMEs who wrote the courses.

I directed the productions for a forward-thinking internet broadcast studio; managing the crew and overseeing equipment purchasing, setup, operation and maintenance, set design, lighting design, studio wiring/cabling. Worked closely with the hosts and producers to develop engaging content that utilized creative "movie magic" approaches. I ran the broadcast with a NewTek TriCaster 8000 or LiveStream Studio system switching between cameras, graphics and other video sources during the live show and pre-records. Nearly monthly, the productions would relocate to hotel ballrooms with large live audiences. 4-6 times per year we hosted media training events where I would coach SMEs on their camera presence and what to expect when they're a guest on a talk show or local news segment, and also how to best present themselves on platforms like YouTube or Facebook Live. I wrote a media training book on these topics as well. Directed a 20-episode talk show series that aired locally in San Diego public television which featured entrepreneurs, technologists, and various SMEs in financial, health & wellness, coaching, and consulting industries.I also edited video and shot field segments, interviews and testimonials.Frequent guests included John Assaraf (The Secret), Roland Frasier, Allison Maslan, Dave Asprey (Bulletproof Coffee), JJ Virgin (holistic nutritionist), John Lee Dumas (EOFire) and even Tony Robbins.
