Actively support and coach a team of 30 representatives in conjunction with team leadsDaily duties include monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching, delegate work appropriately to ensure timely completion, conduct call review sessions to improve our quality of client interactions, create monthly work schedules to ensure adequate coverage for call volumes, remaining current on capital markets and related events which could impact clients, resolve any client escalations promptly.
