I have a PMP and a HCS certification, as well as a MBA from Virginia Tech. I have also been recognized as a 40 Under 40, a Stevie Award winner, and a Titan Award winner for my leadership and impact. Before starting my own firm, I led and delivered multiple projects on strategy, human capital, and analytics at both a global and boutique consultancy. I have developed and honed skills in team coaching, strategy consulting, and accountability coaching, as well as Cognos and other tools. My mission is to empower and inspire others to achieve excellence and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.
