I am responsible for Data Privacy compliance for AXA XL's U.S. and Canadian entities. I collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Technology, Chief Data Office, Information Security, Legal & Compliance, Operations and Internal Audit teams on data privacy matters to ensure compliant data management practices.

Leading Solvency 2 compliance effort for our insurance segment working closely with Finance and Actuarial business . Including:• Web site UI and workflow development.• Resource planning & strategy development.• Hardware / Software provisioning and planning.• Solution design and build, including 3rd party vendor interaction and ETL build activities.

Consulted with and supported finance and technology leadership to ensure successful Peoplesoft General Ledger upgrade to version 8.9 while reducing close-cycle time and improving analytic capabilities.  Led several teams responsible for mapping close-process requirements including “procure to pay” and “order to cash” cycles across multiple source systems, representing approximately 2/3 of the company’s balance sheet. This improvement initiative saved annual costs of $400K driven primarily through the automation of journal entries and elimination of error handling.

Responsible for operating “the business of IT”. Manages operational processes for the IT delivery teams required to effectively run the organization and enable all leaders and team members within IT to effectively execute their jobs by providing standardized and consistent processes, including (but not limited to) planning, budgeting/forecasting of delivery, M&A IT liaison, IT architecture liaison and collaborate prioritization/demand management with platform and IT leadership. Align with other delivery leaders to review resource/supply management processes as well as associated management reporting and tracking. Responsible for the delivery of IT functions to ensure processes and reporting align and represent the entire holistic IT story.
