Prior to joining Rand Commercial Services as an Associate Broker, I operated my own real estate brokerage firm in the area. I also have more than two decades of project supervisory and management experience in all phases of commercial and residential project development, so I literally know the business from the ground up. In during my tenure I have cultivated a keen understanding of everything from in site and facility development, construction scheduling and budgeting, and overseeing subcontractors to developing/implementing regional acquisitions, build-outs and renovation programs for developers. I received my NYS real estate license in 1987 and my broker’s license in 2002. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Connecticut State University. Ihave lived in Orange County since 1965.
