Project information : donor - USAID, budget +1,2 M USD, project team +40 national staff, 3 implementation bases.Responsibilities : - Planning, implementation and management of project activities on 3 operational bases.- Managing a budget of over 1,2 million USD.- Responsible for the logistical plan of the project : emit needs, guarantee the compliance with ACTED's procedures, track the delivery of items and monitor program stock.- Responsible for the management and coordination of a team of over 40 national staff across 3 operational bases in CAR : recruitment of personnel, on-boarding of team members, defining work procedures with team.- Responsible for reporting of activities and compliance of documents : drafting monthly activity reports, collecting and ensure quality of activity documents.- Responsible for the external liaisons : negotiated access with rebel groups, presented project activities to local authorities and negotiated access to certain facilities.

ACTED CAR Mission : annual budget of 25 million euros, +500 national staff, +50 expats, +10 on-going project, +8 donors (USAID, ECHO, EuropAid, CBPF, Global Affairs Canada, UNICEF, UNDP, World Bank)- Organisation and prioritisation of the work for the finance department.- Supervise the monitoring of projects : budget proposals (USAID, EuropAid, UNICEF, Common Based Pool Funds managed by OCHA), budget follow-up, contract follow ups with donors, financial reporting and closure of projects.- Update the terms of reference for the 8 employees of the finance department and fix clear objectives for the team for the second semester of 2021.- Preparation and payment of salaries (+500 staff)- Finance focal point for donors, local partners (national and international NGOs), ACTED HQ and for the operational bases.- Ensure compliance with ACTED's procedures : drafting of memos, review of financial supporting documents, training of staff in capital and in the operational bases.

- Preparation and submission of budgets for the following donors : WFP, ECHO and UNICEF.- Submission of financial reports to donors (ECHO and UNICEF)- Training and support for three operations bases on financial reporting tools and ACTED's procedures.- Review and consolidation of the accounting of the four operational bases of the mission.- Consolidation and monthly review of ACTED's reporting tools on the financial monitoring of projects and the financial health of the mission.- Preparation and payment of salaries (+120 employees)

- Training participants on the project’s missions, the local context and security conditions- Managing a budget of 10 000$ CAD : tracking and reporting expenses- Recruitment of local people- Responsible for the evaluation of the project and the participants of the project

I assisted in the liquidation of companies. For instance, I worked on the case of a limited company, which received some public exposure, where I conducted thorough investigations of emails, bank statements and other sources of information. Subsequently, I spoke to anxious investors and legal teams.Furthermore, I participated in daily accounting tasks such as VAT Returns and bank reconciliations.

In contact with CFAO's suppliers and banks to discuss and select new payment methods to improve the Working Capital Requirement. I also analysed data and identified priority transactions needing to behedged alongside banks.• In contact with CFAO's ERP supplier, Diapason, to enhance its user friendliness and effectiveness.
