Working as part of the Student Information System project, under the Office for the Vice-President for Academic Affairs, my responsibilities include:Using instructional design models such as ADDIE to support organisational change and tech adoption by identifying and understanding learning needs, creating and designing appropriate training and deliver training in both live and on-demand formats as well as working with a UDL approach to deliver multiple methods of representation.Responsible for conducting TNA with various SME's and stakeholders across the University in order to assess training/learning needs for the project- Responsible for designing, creating and delivering training content for various audience groups to meet go-live requirements for the project. These include video, screenshot-rich text-based learning as well as adhoc trainer-led sessions and workshops- As part of a team, working on rolling out a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to further enhance the training offering to end-usersWorking with LMS systems in order to create a user friendly and accessible way of presenting training and tracking engagement to utilize analytics to enhance and improve training packages.-Working with tools such as Camtasia, NaturalReader, HappyScribe, DAP (WalkMe), LMS (Moodle), blackboard, CRM dynamics, Oracle, etc

Digital TransformationAt the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic, I re-designed our on-boardingprogramme from 100% in-person to 100% virtual with no loss ofproductivity, pulling together multiple stakeholders in order to engineer brand newprocesses and learning capabilities to enable a smooth and positiveend-user experience. This change ultimately allowed us to unify a previously site by sitesiloed on boarding approach into a single unified offering for all ofthe Western Europe and CEE sites (15+) across EMEA, allowing usto onboard >500 employees per month remotely with an increase inend user satisfaction in the on boarding experience compared to theprevious in-person programme.On-boarding Academy Digital SalesProject lead from IT/productivity in on-boarding our Digital Salesorganisation. Worked with Business leads & multiple stakeholders todesign & deliver a 'digital academy' and processes that enabled theorganisation to successfully on-board and grow to >2000 employees injust over 18 months.Learning / TrainingRegular delivery of training sessions in-person and live virtualclassrooms ranging from 10-200 users at a time. I designed learningprogrammes that were delivered on a weekly basis in person in keyareas such as productivity, soft skills, core ICT skills, and tool basedlearnings. I was also responsible for creating multiple on-demandlearning tools such as web based, video, etcData DrivenI used data from a variety of sources to inform, sculpt and improveour learning offerings. Integrating with our Global Support team Itargeted the top 10 support ticket volume areas for new joiners withinfirst 60 days to incorporate key learning areas into our onboardingtraining programme, reducing ticket counts by over 70%. I used asimilar approach to productivity training targeting high ticket volumeapplications/services for productivity learning. Our end-user Surveystats showed a dramatic improvement (over 60%) in on-boardingsatisfaction.
