Responsible for all Legal data and knowledge strategy, architecture, governance, and capabilities across the Global Legal department, including setting the direction for the implementation of effective data and knowledge management frameworks, controls and capabilities, as well as for implementing best practices to manage, share and extract value from Legal owned data and knowledge assets.

As the GM for LexisNexis' Legal Business Solutions division (LBS), I have P&L responsibility and functional oversight over all Sales, Marketing, Product, Business Operations and Professional Services activity for 3 businesses that all aim to make it easier for clients to harness LexisNexis' unmatched legal intelligence within workflow capabilities that unlock material, measurable value for their organizations --from vendor e-billing and matter management (CounselLink), to professional services customer relationship management (InterAction), to law firm billing and accounting management (Juris).

I was responsible for Knowable's Client Service and Customer Success operations, including all Service Delivery, Customer Support and Solution Architecture activities. It was an incredible adventure to develop Knowable's unique value proposition and associated capabilities within the original parent company (Axiom), oversee the separation of Knowable's operations as part of the spin-out, be an active participant in shepherding the successful investor process and ultimate JV with RELX, and manage the integration of Knowable's capabilities with those of LexisNexis.Knowable is a unique solution giving corporate clients revolutionary visibility into the contracts that govern their businesses. By combining proprietary machine learning with purpose-built tooling and scalable facilities for human QC, Knowable enables a full contracts intelligence solution for the enterprise.

I was fortunate to spend 7 incredible years at Axiom. In my last role, I had the privilege of looking after the Product organization, with responsibility for identifying next-generation offerings, developing the requisite enabling capabilities, and planning the go-to-market activities. Those efforts ultimately supported not just consistent organic growth for Axiom, but ultimately also the successful spin-out of 2 businesses incubated entirely within the company (Factor and Knowable), which now operate independently of Axiom.Before taking on these Product responsibilities, I had a number of mostly commercial roles at Axiom, including leading the Banking Solutions business and acting as Senior Client Partner for Axiom's largest global financial services relationships.Axiom is the world's largest Alternative Legal Services provider, comprising more than 2,000 lawyers, professionals, process engineers and technologists all over the world who are continuously helping clients get more of their legal work done, better, faster, and at lower cost.
