Current-Recruit senior software engineers to fit unique profiles for each of Zocdoc’s ten product engineering teams.-Build predictive analytic models to forecast and evaluate the size, speed and success of candidate pipelines. -Work directly with hiring managers to create team specific job descriptions, run post-onsite debriefs, and set time to hire goals. -Lead engineering diversity recruiting effort that last year saw a 21% YOY increase in gender diversity amongst engineers. -Daily use of the ATS Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hired, and Interstellar. -Led several projects that included revamping the post-hire candidate experience, and optimizing the Greenhouse CRM feature.
