-Was hired as one of first 15 employees at Hirewell focusing on technology recruiting in the Chicago-land area and quickly helped the organization scale their recruiting teams. -Was promoted to VP of Recruiting and eventually Partner responsible for running a full recruiting desk while managing a division of recruiters. -Performance reviews, daily standups, building incentive/commission based recruiting models. -Main focus was technology recruiting but was also heavily involved in opening our sales recruiting, contract, marketing, F&A, and retained search divisions of the organization. -Managed teams as small as 3 and ended at 27 employees.

- Managed a team of technical recruiters who specialized in placing IT professionals for full-time and contract positions in the Chicago land area.
