Lead activities associated with engine build, test and teardown operations on Pratt & Whitney experimental test vehicles: • Lead engineer for assembly floor support during assembly and disassembly of NGPF Engines: troubleshooting, daily task coordination, technical direction and support, document completion of ESW. • Running weekly status meetings for support groups and providing morning assembly reports. • Working with module hardware owners to maintain forward progression of engine build and teardown. • Review and approval of Engineering Changes to Engine BOM. • Approving instrumentation setups based on test objective and capability of installing instrumentation. • Create and maintain TPACS Memo to allow for live monitoring of engine instrumentation. • Approval and incorporation of instrumentation limits as provided by hardware owners. • Has participated in FAA Cert Testing focusing on; High Rotor Stress, Water Ingestion Response, Clearance Change from Case Cooling, Performance Vibration Surveys, High Rotor Performance, IMI Cycles and Operability.

Temporary position during new product testing: • Run part life span thermal cycles during overnight shift. • Execute testing procedure at specified intervals; including necessary troubleshooting to eliminate false negatives. • Utilizing and maintaining Autoclave and Ultrasonic Bath during life cycle simulation.

Responsible for executing my statement of work for Pratt & Whitney Customer: • Create and maintain accurate parts list and detailed system schematics required for broad range of analysis on Test Engines. • Coordinate complete future requirement lists with all External Hardware Teams; Fuel, Lube, Electrical and Air.
