Lead multi-disciplinary team through development lifecycle, from concept, requirements specification, POPs, system architecture, design, test, validation and delivery and qualification of multiple production systems. These systems provide over 30X reduction in cycle time compared to a previous processes, while also delivering orders of magnitude greater accuracy. • Invented new computer vision technologies to achieve desired system functionality and capability. • Wrote computer vision, control and desktop GUI software in C#, for multiple automated machines, integrating custom servo and stepper motion, pneumatics, cameras, sensors. web APIs and SQL databases.
