A Quality Manager at RO is roughly equivalent to a Project Engineer at other large commercial general contractors. Quality Managers are responsible for managing all project documents, including plans, specs, RFIs, and submittals.

In addition to the research, development, training, and support of virtual design and construction techniques, a Senior VDC Specialist is responsible for managing the VDC scope of specific projects, including project staffing, scheduling VDC activities, and creating a VDC budget to incorporate in the estimate. As a Senior VDC Specialist I was also involved with many of our department's IT functions, including purchasing, installing, and configuring hardware and software for the VDC group.
