Brendan led the North American member firms and executed a unified global strategy. Collaborated with global teams to ensure alignment with the network's strategic goals. Facilitated referred work exchanges and joint tender processes resulting in 27% referral growth. Developed and implemented annual growth strategies, including new firm recruitment and onboarding, to achieve network growth objectives of reaching top 10 ranking (currently ranked #8 in IAB). Analyzed market trends and provided insights to enhance business development and client service delivery. Hosted North America conferences, set agendas, identified speakers, and delivered presentations on HLB updates and market insights.

Brendan led Moore North America, an international association of accounting and consulting firms, through a major period in the organization development. Under the supervision of the Board of Directors, Brendan developed a team that drove the internationalization of the strategy and digitalization of the firms during the COVID years. As a member of Moore's Global Leadership Team, Brendan shared the insights and findings to the wider network to align this strategy globally.

As a member of RSM's Global Leadership Team and the Regional Leader for Latin America, Brendan developed the global strategy with the CEO and other stakeholders and then executed on the strategy within the regional and global programs.
