Events Coordinator (November 2016 - June 2018)A member of the Public Events Team, I co-planed more than two dozen major zoo events per year, entertaining more than a hundred thousand guests annually and generating substantial income for the non-profit.Special Events Associate (June 2015 - October 2016)Work included setting up for and tearing down events, serving as a mobile information center, and serving as an emcee for zoo public events.

In this internship, I managed incoming news and information relevant to our work in Spain in addition to representing the mission in meetings, events, and receptions. As an intern in the Political Section, which is responsible for analyzing and maintaining the bilateral political relationship, I interviewed contacts and wrote reports on pertinent developments and phenomena.
