- Responsible for the delivery of full spectrum HR Operations and processes for the Company and it's group of entities, including performance management, manpower planning, compensation and benefit and HRIS- Manage employee's on-boarding to off-boarding processes and employment contract preparations (promotion, salary review, transfers, etc.)- Oversee the monthly payroll processes, CPF submissions, Government claims submission, yearly performance appraisals, IRAS submissions and Work Pass applications- Review of HR policies, processes and procedures for alignment and compliance with local statutory requirements.- Address issues and queries related to HR operations of all employees- Handle employee feedback and grievance channel, and provide counselling- Oversee and manages Insurance vendor, IT vendors and Company's inventories.

- Liaising with line managers on manpower needs, and understanding the requirements for the relevant positions- Posting of job advertisements & proactive outreach to potential candidates through various recruitment portal- Perform screening, arranging and conducting of interviewing, shortlisting, making offers and signing LOA with new hires- Execute effective recruitment marketing and branding to potential candidates- Management of internal recruitment system (Zoho) and maintain talent pipeline- Preparing of daily recruitment reports and statistics for management

- Helps the company source for suitable projects and submit tenders through the government Gebiz portal.- Posting of job openings on jobs portal (eg. Jobsbank, LinkedIn) and following up with the potential candidate via phone interviews before referring them to the clients for a face-to-face interview.- Draft quotation for the clients on the cost of parking the staff under the company's payroll.- Prepare contracts and contact shortlisted candidates for contract briefing and signing.- Handle various accounts of government bodies and provide timely payroll services along with any client/candidate queries and disputes.- Work with the Government Statutory Boards to apply for work passes /permits and also to submit the claims for the government paid leaves.- Help draft out the month-end reports(CPF, Performance, Sales) for archiving and analytical purposes.- Generate annual salary report and file for income tax(IR8A)
