Graduated from UMKC with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Experienced within customer service with history of retail experience. Light experience with supply chain and accounting. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SAP, Adobe Acrobat and Salesforce. I served as the President for UMKC VSA and it has helped me learn so much more about the Vietnamese culture and what it takes to be a leader. It has helped me find a community where I can freely express myself and have met some of my really good friends along the way. Ultimately, it helped me find what I truly value in my life and has helped me develop as a leader. My senior year taught me a lot about balancing time between being a full-time student, President of VSA and working multiple jobs. I learned how to prioritize between various tasks that I would be responsible for with all my roles. It helped me learn how to multitask efficiently and effectively. I still have so much more to experience, so I am hoping there are opportunities that present themselves.
